Full course description
Administrator Induction is a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of coaching, support and professional learning that begins in the administrator's first year of teaching for newly credentialed administrators in California. The program is accredited by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and is administered by the Ventura County Office of Education (VCOE), Educator Support and Effectiveness (ESE) department.
