2025-26 Mild to Moderate and Extensive Support Needs Bridge

The Mild to Moderate and Extensive Support Needs Bridge course is designed to deliver content needed to bridge your Mild Moderate or Moderate Severe teaching credential with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).

To be eligible for the bridge credential, you must meet  one of the following criteria:

• Hold a Mild Moderate or Moderate Severe preliminary or clear credential
• Hold a Learning Handicap credential, autism stand-alone authorization, and resource stand-alone authorization.
• Hold a Severely Handicapped credential and a resource stand-alone authorization - this will qualify you for the extensive support needs bridge credential.
• Hold a credential with authorizations of Learning Handicap and Severely Handicap and stand-alone resource authorization  - this will qualify you for the Mild to Moderate Support Needs and the Extensive Support Needs Bridge Credential.

This course is for the 2025-26 school year and must be completed before June 30, 2026 or additional fees will apply.
